BIOGRAPHY

Angel (b. 1998, Jersey City, NJ) is a New York City-based photographer with a background in theater, holding a B.F.A. from Montclair State University. His recent work is deeply rooted in performance, capturing actors in moments of exploration—both in rehearsal and on stage. Passionate about supporting young theater artists, he believes they should have access to high-quality photography to accurately document and showcase their work. Beyond the stage, Angel’s street photography focuses on everyday people and their private moments in public spaces. Fascinated by architecture, he explores the interplay of light and shadow, often creating a visual dance within his compositions. On his days off, he can be found wandering the city, camera in hand, searching for his next image.
