BIOGRAPHY

Angel (b. 1998, Jersey City, NJ) is a photographer based in New York City. He received his B.F.A. in Theater from Montclair State University. His work, as of late, has been grounded in performance. He finds it most interesting to photograph actors in the act of exploration, both in rehearsal and on stage. He believes that all young theater artists should have access to high qualilty photographs of their work, to accurately reflect and archive.

In his street photography, Angel is drawn to everyday people and their private moments in public. He’s fasicanted by architecture. In his street photos you’ll often find a mediated dance between light and shadow. He’ll spend his days off walking around the city looking for his next image!
